A Strange Message from Harold

Big Chris here. Harold came to my office yesterday and asked me to put this on the blog. I have been unable to determine what exactly it says or in what language it is written. When I asked Harold what it said, he became very agitated, told me I was “part of the problem”, and left my office immediately. Here’s what he gave me:
